ErgonArmor has an opening for a Blackhawk Sales Representative that will perform key account support and retention functions as well as new private label account acquisition. This person will also manage the existing Blackhawk product line, identify customer needs, and guide new product development visions into reality.

This position is accountable for conducting classroom-style presentations to new and existing customers, conducting hands-on demonstrations of our products and their performance and handling attributes. The position will guide production of marketing collateral for new and existing product lines. The sales representative is responsible for understanding and representing user needs to define a vision for our products or services. Candidate will be capable of aligning stakeholders around that vision to stimulate revenue growth.

Activities within trade organizations are encouraged to enhance the reputation and visibility of ErgonArmor in the marketplace.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Construction, or Chemistry. At least three years of experience in building materials sales, such as coatings, linings, adhesives, sealants, or other related construction materials is a plus.

Extensive travel is required in this position and could be anywhere in the U.S. to include job sites, distributors, customers' corporate headquarters, and testing facilities. It is preferred that the person selected reside in the Kansas City area, but due to the nature of the position, the person selected may be able to work remotely.
